Welcome to School of Framer. By enrolling in our bootcamp, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Enrollment and Payment
All fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the bootcamp. Once payment is completed, access to bootcamp materials will be granted. All sales are final, and no refunds will be issued unless otherwise specified.
Bootcamp Access
After payment, you will receive an onboarding document with step-by-step instructions on how to get ready for our live classes. This includes access to bootcamp materials, recorded session videos, and other resources. Course materials are for personal use only and cannot be shared or resold.
Intellectual Property
All materials provided during the bootcamp, including text, videos, and designs, are the intellectual property of School of Framer. You are granted a limited license to access and use the materials for personal learning purposes. Unauthorized distribution or commercial use is prohibited.
Code of Conduct
We expect all students to participate respectfully in the learning environment. Disruptive, offensive, or harmful behavior may result in the termination of your access to the bootcamp without a refund.
Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of unforeseen circumstances, School of Framer reserves the right to reschedule or cancel bootcamp sessions. In such cases, we will notify you and either offer an alternative session or refund your payment.
Cancel Bootcamp Enrollment
If you wish to cancel your bootcamp enrollment, you must notify us before the start of the bootcamp. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the bootcamp begins.
Limitation of Liability
We strive to offer high-quality content; however, School of Framer is not responsible for any outcomes or damages resulting from your use of our training. Our liability is limited to the cost of the bootcamp.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria. By enrolling, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of Nigerian courts.
